As a mom of four young kids I feel like I am running around from the time we wake up till I go to bed. Recently I have been finding it difficult to make the time to cut up my 18 month olds fruits and veggies for meals. So I admit, he was not getting the appropriate amount of fruits and vegetables since he has been off of baby food. I was feeling a bit like this was a #momfail. Can any of you relate???
I finally found an on-the-go food pouch filled with pureed fruits, veggies and yogurt that my toddler can easily hold, feed himself, and he actually loves it. This last part is so important to me. I have tried several different brands of baby food pouches that he simply does not like. I felt like I was wasting money and loosing the battle of feeding my toddler healthy meals. Parent’s Choice for my family is a win! I can proudly say my youngest is now eating healthier than most of us in the house. I have found that by putting a few extra pouches in my diaper bag allows me to whip one out when on the run which is way better than giving him a bunch of junk. #momwin
Walmart offers the Parent’s Choice brand which is, in my opinion, is as good if not better than top brands. At least that is the impression my 18 month old is giving me. A huge bonus for me, the mom manager, is that the value cannot be beat. The food pouches are less than a $1! (This is extra money in my pocket so I can get a much needed manicure!) I was so excited to learn they have came out dozens of new baby food flavors and varieties, including more options with protein. Walmart is my go-to stores and now Parent’s Choice is my go-to brand baby brand.
Here are a few of our favorite items that we take with us every day.
