I mentioned this this fruit dip a few days ago and wanted to share the recipe because it is THE BOMB and so easy to make. Kids love it, parents love it, friends love it- everyone LOVES it. It’s great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I’m even obsessed enough to dip pretzels, shortbread cookies, and um occasionally just a spoon in it. All you need are 3 easy ingredients:
1 – 8oz block of cream cheese
13 oz (or so) of marshmallow fluff
Cinnamon to taste
Use a hand mixer to blend all ingredients
That’s it! You have a delicious dip. We like to eat ours with strawberries, apples, bananas and grapes but it would also be great with pineapple, melon, kiwi, berries or pears.
The dip is roughly 56 calories for 2 tbsp and it will keep in the fridge for awhile. I’m not exactly sure how many servings to list but it does make enough to take to potlucks and get togethers.
