we have SO MUCH free time during ‘nap time’ and after the kids go to
bed, we like to make a little pocket change off our blog posts
occasionally…to afford lip gloss, wine, and boots=) So FYI this post

Thankfully I was able to use some techniques from the course (and still do!) to help me stay alert and aware of my surroundings. We can’t expect to get enough sleep as parents to babies and young children. We also can’t sit at home and nap all day (why?! WHY can’t I just sit at home and nap ALL. DAY?!) when there are things like school drop offs and doctor appointments to make. The truth is, no matter how little sleep we get, life has to go on. So when I need to drive after a long night of, oh…whatever my 2 year old has in store for me that evening here is what I do do stay alert-
