I LOVE Pinterest. I love it for organizing my party planning, DIY projects, crafts, AND to find inspiration for my workouts.
Here are some of my favorite….
I used to just do cardio…but soon, I found that cardio was not enough. I had to do strength training to keep injury free, maintain weight loss, and see the results I wanted fast.
I like to do cardio 4-5 days a week and strength training 3 days a week. I try to incorporate abs at least 3-4 days a week.
If I do not walk into the gym without a plan I typically stare blankly at ALL the machines and feel very overwhelmed. Pulling inspiration from friends, finding workouts on Pinterest, blogs, or going to a class keeps me motivated and excited to tackle my workout!
